Custom Form

A form created via HulkApps Form Builder, an app which can be used with Shopify.

The client needed a form to allow customers to request a customisation of one of the company's existing base pieces of furniture, which turned out to be quite complex. The form was heavily dependent on conditional logic, as the client wanted a different photo displayed for whatever furniture piece the user chose, while other elements also needed to appear depending on subsequent choices made by the user.

The final product has really streamlined the process of customers requesting quotes, making it faster and easier for both the business and customers.
