Safety Instructions

As this client's furniture products are sent to customers flat-packed, there was a need to design a simple, easy-to-understand series of assembly instructions to go with different products. This particular set of instructions was designed for a set of safety brackets, which is sent out along with all orders of tall bookcases.

As the printed space was limited - the double-sided card was to be fitted into existing packaging which meant we were limited to a maximum print area of approximately A7 - and required both diagrams and written instructions, we needed to not only visually communicate the steps as clearly and simply as possible, but also consider how to explain the process as succinctly as we could.
